TERMS & CONDITIONS
PLEASE READ CAREFULLY:
BY USING OUR SERVICE YOU SIGNIFY YOUR ACCEPTANCE TO THESE TERMS OF USE.
In order to provide customers with the most professional
service, we request the following
(1) No smoking on the vehicles.
(2) No Food
(3) Pets are permitted. Only service animals that meet the guidelines of the Americans
with Disabilities Act are permitted while traveling with a passenger requiring a service animal.
(4) Please gather all personal items, including your trash, before exiting the vehicle.
Reservations:
We recommend that clients make reservation online ahead of time (at no additional charge) to be guaranteed a car at time of pick up. We can provide you with a car at short notice by phone or online upon availability
Changes and Cancellations:
Do to Covid-19 our cancellations policy had change. please note we are not charging any cancellation fee for trip that are cancel with in 12 hours before the trip. If your trip is canceled base on Covid-19 you can reschedule your trip without any penalties.
Damages Resulting From Your Act:
Collado Limousine will charge you the cost of cleaning the vehicle as result of you or your authorized party Getting Sick in, or damaging the vehicle. You also agree and acknowledge to pay all the related fees and charges to get the vehicle back to its normal working condition.
What is the cleaning fee ?
In the unlikely event that someone becomes sick a $325.00 ( per vehicle ) will be charged to your credit card.
When does my Credit Card get charged for the service ? What is your deposit ?
When your reservation is made, your card will be charged for the full amount of the service, including all taxes, surcharges, and gratuity. For reservations booked more than 30 days in advance, you may request that we take a minimum of a 50% deposit, in which case the balance will usually be due 7-10 days prior to your trip date. Please note, some dates such as proms, sporting events, or large conventions may require the balance to be paid in full at time of booking regardless of how far in advance you make the reservation.
Any wait time, overtime, or any other charges incurred during service will be charged to the credit card on file after your trip is complete.
Our drivers are not authorized to take payment, with the exception of any additional gratuity beyond what was included in your reservation. All
reservations must be prepaid on a credit or debit card.
Waiting Time:
A 45 minutes for domestic, 60 minutes International grace period is allowed following the reported flight arrival time for airport pickups only. A $25.00 per 1/2 hour plus driver gratuity and additional parking fees may be charged.
A 15 minute grace period is granted for all other pick-ups.
Collado Limo checks all domestic and international flights one hour before the driver is dispatched, billing starts after grace period allowed from the official time of arrival (ETA).

Gratuity:
A 18% tip (gratuity) is added to every trip, there is no need to tip anything additional to the drivers unless you would like to.
Holidays Surcharges:
Holiday and Severe Weather surcharge, may be applied to trips occurring on:
Christmas Day
Fourth of July
Thanksgiving Day
New Year's Day
Memorial Day
Labor Day
